Conditions for Replacement

You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Product have any technical issue.
  • Product is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item is delivered.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories.
  • Product does not match the description on the website.

Note – In open boxes and refurbished items, accessories could be missing and the box could be changed. Every product condition is mentioned on the product details page, so please check before order.

Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by our replacement policy:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers or tags.

Process for Requesting Replacement

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details, including order number and product information.
  3. Our team will guide you through the replacement process, which may include returning the item to us.

Timeframe for Replacement

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Procedure

  1. Technical Issues:  If you are experiencing any technical issues with the product, please inform us by call or WhatsApp. We will send you a Google Form on your WhatsApp, where you can fill out the form and share your issue with our technician. Our technician will call you within 24 hours. If your issue is not resolved by our technician, we will arrange for the reverse pickup of your shipment. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will have to ship your parcel to our address (we do not pay shipment fees). We will ship your ordered product within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. If the product you ordered is not available at that time, We will offer you a other option of products. If any other selected product has a higher price, you will have to pay the additional price of the product. If any other selected product has a lower price, we will refund the remaining amount to your bank account.
  2. Other Issues: If you received any damage, different or missing accessories product, We will replace it within 7 days as per our replacement policy, but you should have unboxing video or images of the parcel.

Customer Responsibilities

To facilitate the replacement process, please ensure:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included with the return.
  • Necessary documentation, such as proof of purchase, is provided as requested.

Note: We request that our customers not accept tempered or pre-opened packages and always record an unboxing video of the received package, as that is required by our shipping partner to investigate the delivery of packages with incorrect, damaged, or different products, or in the case of missing accessories.
